Group Cycling Classes:

(Max of 10 participants in Group Cycling classes. Must sign up within 24 hours of class.)

30/30 Cycle

Led by a certified personal trainer and group cycling instructor, the first 30 minutes will give you a great cycling workout on the bike followed by 30 minutes of strength training using free weights and body weight exercises. Hilary Sauder, CPT (60 minutes)

Mini Mini Tri **Returning Class**

Want the triathlon experience here and now without all the training? We will first use the walking track to run or walk according to your needs, next hit the spin bikes for that over the road experience, and then it's off to the pool to swim. Turf & Surf (Cycle) **Returning Class**

High Energy, high calorie burn class. Spend half the class on a spin bike, the other half in the pool for strength and cardio. No swimming involved. Good way to cool down after a hot ride. Wear swim suit under riding gear. Please bring water bottle and towel. Tracy Carlson, CPT (60 minutes)

Silver Sneaker® Muscular Strength & Range of Motion

This class is for the seniors in mind. Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance; and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support. Winnie Gerlach and Hilary Sauder, CPT (45 minutes)

Tai Chi from the Arthritis Foundation, Level I

This program renews your body and relaxes your mind. This fun, safe exercise uses gentle, graceful, flowing movements of Sun-style Tai Chi to promote mental and physical strength, stamina, balance and flexibility. This class is perfect for anyone seeking a gentle form of exercise, or who has been diagnosed with arthritis, or who experiences joint or muscle pain, stiffness or limited range of motion. Tai Chi from the Arthritis Foundation, Level II

Students will cultivate their knowledge of the basic movements learned in Tai Chi for Arthritis, Level I class and will learn additional movements to complete the entire form. Step & Core

An intense cardio and ab strengthening workout. The cardio session is energetic and incorporates kicks, squats and lunges, followed by a great abdominal workout and finishing up with a good stretch out. Zumba® is designed for everyone, every shape and age. This program is not limited to dancers, fitness fanatics or seniors. All exercisers from beginner to advanced will enjoy the benefits of a Zumba® class. Yoga:

Hatha Yoga **NEW Class**

Strengthen and relax your body while improving your flexibility and balance! Practice Hatha yoga and find that perfect union of calming the mind and body with rhythmic breathing, while strengthening/stretching your body in classic yoga postures. Classes will vary, flowing with our breath or holding poses, but will always end with deep relaxation/savasana. Yoga Balance

Warm up with traditional sun salutations and transition to challenging yoga poses to build strength and endurance. Aiki-Jujitsudo Adult Program

Aiki Jujitsu students will learn a traditional Japanese Martial Art. Also incorporated is Tae Kwon Do into the curriculum to really enhance high kicks and fast punches. They also learn to take control of difficult situations and to eliminate the threat to their personal safety when violence is unavoidable. 60+ Water Exercise

This shallow water low-moderate intensity aerobic class is the perfect fit for the novice and intermediate exerciser 60 years and older. Using various water "toys" this class blends low impact strength and aerobic fitness to help improve heart health and maintain muscular strength while taking the stress of your joints. This class is taught in partnership with the Lancaster Office of the Ageing. Tracy Carlson (60 minutes)

Parent/Tot Class (6-18 months) & Parent/Tot (18-36 months) Swim Lessons

This class is a way for your child to explore the water in a safe environment with a parent. Parents will learn how to safely interact with their children in the water, children will learn water can be fun. This class will deal with all levels of skill for this age range. Some children will be more comfortable in the water than others and everyone will go at their own speed. We will learn different holding techniques, arm and leg motions, bubble blowing and submerging when the child is ready. They will even have the opportunity to learn how to enter and exit the water safe way.

Individual Personal Training

Fitness By Design

This small group training is for both men and women with weight loss goals. Experience the energy of working out with a team, the power of accountability, the expertise and guidance of a personal trainer, and the inspiration of shared successes! The beginning of each class is spent on nutrition. Participants will them be given a personalized workout plan for both during the session and other non-meeting dates. During training session, group works out in fitness center with the trainer floating between individuals as they workout to answer any questions, provide instruction and give motivation! Class sessions are once a week for 90 minutes for 6 weeks with a certified personal trainer.

Cost: $150 per person for members
   $190 per person for non-members

Individualized Running Programs

Let a professional design and guide you to the next level of competition with an individualized running program. Brent Watkins has been a high school cross country coach with over 13 years of coaching experience. Whether you want to outperform the running field or overtake a personal goal, it can happen!

Cost: Members: $50 initial month, $30 each additional month.
   Non-members: $65 initial month, $45 each additional month.

For additional strength program, add an additional $30 per month (members only)
